12/02 - Final results of all races have been posted. Thanks for racing!

11/26 - Here are some great action shots of Sunday's races posted by Canis Studio, Tyrone Long, Velophoto, and Oregon Velo.
If you have any photos that you like to share, just shoot me an e-mail and I will add a link here.

11/26 - Yesterday, the second edition of the Kruger's Crossing Cyclocross Classic took place on what proved to be a gorgeous Oregon fall day. We like to thank all 455 racers, the 30+ kiddie racers, and everyone who came out to cheer on others, or to volunteer.
Also a big thanks to:
- Don Kruger and the folks at Kruger's Farm for the great venue,
- our generous sponsors: Kona, Bike Gallery, Chris King, Laurelwood Brewery, Clif Bar and Nossa Familia Coffee,
- and the folks of Cyclepath, who made the party complete with their free karaoke!

Next year, we'll be back with more races at the farm. Besides the Kruger's Crossing CX Classic, we plan to stage a 3-race Kruger's Kermesse Farm Crit Series (8/24, 9/7 & 9/14). And of course, we hope to see you all at the two other race events we are putting on close to Portland: the Horning's Hustle XC MTB Season Opener (3/30) and the Portland MTB Short Track Series (6/23 through 7/28).

On Sunday November 25th, Portland Racing brings you the second edition of the Kruger's Crossing Cyclocross Classic. This epic race will be held at Kruger's Farm, located in the beautiful countryside of Sauvie Island (only 20 minutes from downtown Portland!).

This will NOT be your usual cross race! Besides the challenges thrown at us by the November weather gods, you can expect a wild course that will lead you along rutted farm roads, through berry fields, pastures, a barn, a beer garden, and - weather and course conditions permitting - the much-heralded corn maze!

Check out the pictures from last week's course recon and some photos from last year to have an idea what we are talking about!

Like last year, we'll have beer, hot wine, hot cider and gourmet food at hand, catered by Kruger's Farm Market and Salvador Molly's and we'll lighten up a bonfire along the course to keep everyone warm and toasty. For all our family racers and aspiring kids, we'll have a free kiddie race and we'll end the day by raffling off a bunch of cool prizes. So mark your calendars for the one cross race this season you don't want to miss out on!
